Russian Consulate Toronto

Information about the Russian Consulate in Toronto, and how to apply for a Russian visa

The Russian Consulate is one of three Russian Consulates that support the work of the Russian Embassy in Canada.

The Toronto Russian Consulate covers a wide area of Canada, including Ontario (with the exception of Ottawa, which is served by the Embassy and the Russian Consulate in Ottawa), Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.

The consulate office provides many of the services offered at the main embassy, including allowing you to make a Russian Visa application more locally. In common with the embassy, they can organise a Russian Tourist Visa, a Russian Business Visa, a Russian student visa, and all other standard types of Visa. The office is open every weekday, from 9.30am to 12:30pm for general visitors, as well as visa applications.

The consulate also works to support Russian cultural events, partnership between Russia and Canada, and Russian business interests in Canada.

The address of the Russian Consulate in Toronto is:

If the Consulate doesn’t have the information you need, you can also contact the embassy direct – their website can be accessed at
