The Russian consulate in Seattle in the northern area of the USA has consular authorisation to process Russian visa applications.

The Russian consulate in Seattle is a modern, fully equipped building with up to the minute facilities. There has been some speculation that an agreement could be reached in the future whereby a visa for travel between the United States and Russia will no longer be required. Until that time however, such applications can be handled by the consulate in Seattle or an application can be made online.
